I created Liquid Sessions because I believe surfing is not a sport but a way of life. It's a lifestyle centered on being outside in nature, living in Aloha, the presence of divine breath, and the connection of land, water, and people. Through the Aloha Spirit, we find purpose, and with purpose, we find dedication. Through dedication, the cosmos sing, and heaven is made on earth. All great things are made through dedication like art, music, architecture, love, life, and SURF.

Donovan is a professional educator and accomplished “waterman” with a lifetime of experience in the outdoors. He has combined his years of training, teaching, and experience to create the Liquid Sessions Surf curriculum.

& Surf Instructor
Mali is the founder and creator of her self named surf, art, and tattoo brand. She is apprenticing to be a Liquid Sessions Surf Instructor. Her brand, Mali Style, is a subsidiary brand of Liquid Sessions LLC, and what some reviews have called "the female side" of Liquid Sessions.
Mali has been going to the ocean and surfing since she was a kid. Living far from the ocean in Montreal, Quebec, made chasing waves almost impossible for her, leaving her to pursue the art world and establish herself firmly as a professional painter and artist. But her love of the ocean and the thrill of catching waves never waivered and over the last couple of years she has dedicated herself to the craft of surf.

DSP Digital Media, under the vision of Nathaniel Bryant Tafoya, is a Photography & Videography enterprise based in San Buenaventura, California. Born in Southern California, Nathaniel was raised and educated in Ventura County. After nearly two decades of traveling and experiencing what this amazing planet has to offer, he has chosen to once again call Ventura home, to practice his passion for imagery amongst the people and landscape that hold a special place in his heart…
